Shoot Boxing or Standing Vale Tudo is a hybrid martial art and combat sport created by Cesar Takshi. This martial art is considered one of the foundations of Mixed Martial Arts because it incorporates elements of Karate, Muay Thai, and Shooto, although some of its throwing techniques are borrowed from the principles of Judo.
