Qwan Ki Do

Qwan Ki Do, which is literally translated as "The Way of the Body's Energy," is a Vietnamese martial that is a physical activity, self-discipline, and a competitive sport. It is a discipline which requires total dedication to practice and to mental and physical development. This martial art is known for its elbow strikes and powerful kicks, including the famous flying scissors kick.
