Pradal Serey or Khmer Kickboxing (which literally means "free fighting") is the Cambodian martial art of kickboxing similar to Muay Thai. This art consists of four techniques: punches, kicks (comprising of kicks with both shin and foot), elbow strikes, and knee strikes. It also uses the clinch to wear down the opponent.

It is known as an ancient art in Cambodia, and many believe that it was the fighting style acquired by the Thai Army in the 13th century that was later changed to Muay Boran. However, in modern times several modifications were made to adapt it into a sport version which is more common today.
