Pai Lum Tao

Pai Lum Tao, or more popularly known as White Dragon, is a Chinese martial art that combines elements of Kung Fu and Japanese Kenpo into a single combat style. The art is characterized by its beauty in smooth, flowing, expansive movements, and fatality because of the speed and power it generates. Pai Lum Tao's techniques consist of the five animal forms (Tiger, Leopard, Crane, Snake, and Dragon) found in Shaolin Kung Fu. This art not only teaches self-defense but also physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. Daily practice of Pai Lum Tao bestows upon its students both self-confidence and self-knowledge.
