Naban

Naban is the Burmese martial art of grappling. It invloves a wide array of joint lock techniques, pressure point holds and choke holds. A notable feature of this art is that it uses biting and eye-gouging techniques. One of the most important aspects of Naban is the neutralization of bad positions which focuses on the ability of a fighter to stop a person from submitting or striking you when he is in a dominant position.
