N'gola or N'golo is a traditional African martial art practiced by the Bantu and Mucupis people in order to win a bride. In this ceremonial martial art, two males engage in a fight that aims to knock an opponent down which uses both hands and the feet as weapons. The winner automatically possess the wife.
