My Jhong is a fighting style that is based on mobility and deception which creates a fleeting movement, nimble jumps and shrewd attacks. My Jhong's movements require a high level of coordination between hands, eyes, body and feet to execute its swift and agile forms. It also includes the controversial Iron Palm training in its curriculum.
