Mook Jong is the wooden dummy used in many Chinese martial arts, including Wing Chun and Hung Gar, for simulating fighting an opponent. It features three wooden prongs which students hit to simulate blocking punches and kicks. Students also punch and kick the dummy to improve striking power.
