Mongolian wrestling is the traditional Mongolian martial art of wrestling. This wrestling style aims to get you opponent to touch his back, knee or elbow to the ground, although in some contests any body part that touches the ground means defeat. There are no weight classes or time limits in a match. Each wrestler must wrestle once per round, the winners moving on to the next round.
