Luta Livre

Luta Livre or Luta Livre Esportiva which means "Free Fighting" is the Brazilian term for wrestling. Luta Livre is a system of wrestling that incorporates submissions and strikes; it is nothing like the Mexican style of entertainment wrestling known as Lucha Libre. This style utilizes striking techniques, similar to Shooto.
