Lucha Libre

Lucha Libre, which means "free fighting," is the Mexican sport of Professional Wrestling that features masked fighters called luchadors. This type of wrestling focuses less on strikes, and gives more emphasis on acrobatic moves, submission techniques and Shooto-style moves. However, the term lucha libre does not only describe Mexican Wrestling, but all kind of Hispanic professional wrestling. Matches can be won by pinning the opponent to the mat for the count of three, making him submit, knocking him out of the ring for a count of twenty or by disqualification.
