Practicing Lohan Quan's stances produces good health and discipline

Lo Han Quan is an external Chinese martial art that traces its origins back to the Henan Shaolin Temple. This art is famous for fast, straightforward techniques. Fighters trained in this style do not "waste time" on defense and counter-attacks; they are taught to be aggressive and attack first. Thus, the techniques of Lohan Quan require speed and accuracy to be effective. Lohan Quan is not only a fighting system: it is also a system of exercise that bestows good health and discipline. Many consider it one of the best fighting styles of Kung Fu.
