'Kiungo Cha Mkono, also known as Shackle Hands Style or Shackle Hands is an African martial art that is based on the slavery traditions that was historically experienced by Africans in centuries. Its technique combines traditional blocks and strikes and combines into one action. It features hands are linked together which is based on the concept that two hands are better than one.
