Kapap

Kapap is the Hebrew acronym for krav panim el panim, which literally means "face-to-face combat" (panim - face). This art teaches a unique combination of hand-to-hand defensive tactics which help practitioners defeat stronger, more skilled, and even armed opponents. It does not employ countless, complicated techniques, but is an easy-to-learn system. Unlike Krav Maga, Kapap focuses on combat using direct contact with an armed attacker. This style is used by the the Israel Defense Forces, Israel Police, and their special operations and anti-terrorist units, known as Yamam.
