Kadena de Mano

Kadena de Mano is a Filipino fighting style that specializes in close-quarters combat, open-hand techniques, and knife-fighting systems. Kadena de Mano literally means "Chain of Fists", and from the name itself, this art is characterized by short, fast blows with the hands and elbows, simultaneous striking/blocking, striking combinations and advanced reaction flows. It focuses on a person's flow and timing. Practioners of this art can shift from relaxed state to fighting state that exhibits great speed and power.
