Ikki Tousen (Battle Vixens) is a fantasy, battle-action created by Yuso Shiozaki that is both a manga nad an anime. The manga comic is published serially in "Comic Gum/Wani Books". The story line of is adapted from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms blended with beautiful women and street fights.

Plot

There was a time when ambitious warriors fought for their lords, their people and their country.And there was a time when warriors battled for honor, pride and their own name. It was said that the spirits and souls of such brave warriors were sealed into distinctive magatama's (beads) which were handed down to their descendents. The beads dispersed widely throughout time and history. Young girls who inherit these divine bads are suddenly awakened and set out for battles of conquest just as the ancient warrior fought for their dream some 1800 years ago. Their strong spirits lead these young fighting girls to battle for ultimate victory.
