Guro Christopher M. Matias

Guro Christopher M. Matias is the founder and Head instructor of the Jendo 7th Wolverines Clan. He is a direct student of Grandmaster Jonathan Makiling Abaya. He started his Jendo training in 1989 at the Jose Rizal College, presently known as the Jose Rizal University in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Guro Matias is one of the most active student of Grandmaster Abaya. Aside from the Jendo 7th Wolverines Clan, He initiated the founding of the Richvile Hotel Jendo Group in Mandaluyong City, the Tejeros Makati City Jendo Martial Arts Association and the Montalban, Rizal Jendo Martial Arts Club.

Guro Matias received his 1st Degree blackbelt promotion last November 16, 2006 directly from Grandmaster Jonathan Makiling Abaya.

At Present, he holds the position of Board of Director and Auditor of the Philippine Jendo Association and the Philippine Full Contact Self-Defense Federation. He is also the Jendo association's Director for National Capital Regions Internal and External Affairs.
