Feng Shou ("Hand of The Wind") is an internal Chinese martial art created by the Lee family, the same clan behind the Lee style of Tai Chi Chuan. Using qi, the art consists of punches and kicks, grappling (Chin Na), pressure points (Dim Mak), tui shou, and weapons forms.

Techniques
As an internal martial art, Feng Shou teaches students to relax their muscles and use qi to generate power, making for more fluidity in executing the mostly circular movements of this art. Blending with the attacker's force and using it against him is also stressed.
