Dai Ki Haku is a Danish martial art that includes self-defence techniques and meditation practices. Its techniques are based on street situations that an urban person might experience everyday. It focuses on harnessing the mind to be always ready, and harnessing the body to utilize every object a practitioner can hold in his/her hands.
