Chung Do Mu Sool Won is a traditional martial art of Korea that resembles the modern Hapkido. Chung Do Mu Sool is marked by a mixture of Taekyon (an ancient martial art from the same country), Kwonbup (fist arts) and traditional Korean weapons training. This art incorporates 4000 different self-defense techniques such as joint locking and throws, as well as Qigong and the arts of Ji-Ap-Sool (Acupressure) and Chim-Sool (Acupuncture). It has been this fully integrated training method that has allowed Chung Do Mu Sool Won to remain as the most complete traditional Korean martial arts system.

Chung Do Mu Sool Won was practiced by the Korean Royal Palace Guards and the Korean Royal Bodyguards for the last 2000 years. It is literally translated as "True Way Martial Arts/Skill."
